my old login doesn't work!

So tried signing in with my old login username and password and it doesn't recognize it because it isn't an email. When i log in with my email, i have no tracked shows! Please restore my tracked shows i had over 100 and I don't remember where i was at with all of them.

Please help!

My old signin technically works, but is not connected to here. Can you please let me know how I can merge the new account I had to setup with my old one:

Get Satisfaction is no longer hosting user forums, so we had to switch to a totally new service, so there is no way to connect things between Get Satisfaction and Helprace (unfortunately).

If you have issues logging in, please contact us at accounts (at) sidereel (dot) com and let us know your old username.

Thanks.

That worked for me, thank you!

Can you give me the link to that Facebook post?

I had the same problem, and dug through the facebook posts to find out what Green Hegs Ham was talking about. There is a post that mentions on-screen help for login problems, but the only help I found was the link over to this helprace site. Anyway, the important bit for anyone who needs it was as follows:

If you always logged in with your Username, you may need to check here and see what email address you used on your SideReel account. https://cf.sidereel.com/users/email_updates/edit

Then you should be able to log into the new SideReel using that email address (although you may need to reset your password) https://www.sidereel.com/forgot-password

[These links are no longer active - SideReel Team]

In my case, only needed to go to https://cf.sidereel.com/users/email_updates/edit and log in with my old username and password, not reset my password, but YMMV

I hope this helps whoever is reading this!

I have the same issue.
Those links above give me the error: Oops! Page not found.
I don't even know what email address I used that long ago.
Can you give me the link to that Facebook post?

resolved the issue with help from the post on Facebook you should include that info in your FAQ's for future reference
