Will SideReel put back the watched icon on the My Tracker so I can keep up with what I have watched from the My Tracker instead of having to go into the show to see if I have watched?

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking for here. In the Tracker, if you have watched episodes in a season, we display those episodes as "Watched":

If you have watched an entire series, the Tracker should say "You are up to date!" as in the first example below:

Can you give an example of what you are hoping to see? What is missing?

Back on the old site, I could see from My Tracker which episodes I have watched for the week without having to go to the show page to see if watched the current episode.  Will this feature be available soon?  Example - if I watch Walking Dead tonight, all I had to do on the old site was to click the eye on My Tracker instead of going into Walking Dead page to select watched.

Here is an example that would be an awesome feature for everyone where you could see what a person has watched or not from the My Tracker page.
