Issues with "400 bad request" in Chrome Browser
We've been getting reports of users not being able to visit the site because they are getting a 400 Error: This Page Isn't Working. If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
There seems to be an ongoing issue within the Chrome browser.
A lot of other sites and services are dealing with the same problem.
Hopefully Chrome can figure out a better solution, but in the meantime this page has a good tutorial on how to free up your browser cache so you can access SideReel again:

Other users have had success by closing and reopening their browser, restarting their computer, or using a different browser.
