first let me say that I appreciate the work you do and your help with show requests.

And then...

In the last few months it happened twice that my request was jumped/ignored while basically everyone else's was worked on, and once I was given the wrong link and no reply even after I enquired about that. (In the meantime, the show I requested has been added in that last case and though I had to find that out by myself I would like to thank you.)

If I did anything to offend, I'm sorry. I don't know what I did to piss you off but it was certainly not on purpose and I apologise.
