The last episode is the last episode listed on IMDB - looks like the seasons might be mixed up on there.
It looks like there was no episode of NCIS Los Angeles this week, but I still have an episode on my tracker. Could you update? :)

Hey Alison, for Disappeared, their listings are on Discovery+ if you need more info. Season 9 has and 10 have completed airing.
Season 8 had 13 episodes
season 9 has 13 episodes

If you go back to earlier seasons on Discovery plus not all the episodes are listed for the seasons. It looks like all the episodes are listed on our site just in a different Seasonality. I can try to update at some point but does look like all the episodes are listed as far as I can tell.

The info listed for the series Before We Die is for the UK adaptation of the show. There were six episodes of this show that aired.
